History: Born on Alderaan, Aizen Sousuke was a quiet and unassuming child with no notable traits to speak of. From the moment he first spoke to the time he was discovered to possess Force Sensitivity, there was absolutely nothing about the man which spoke of the sway he would hold in the future. Constantly underestimated and dismissed as capable but unimpressive by everyone from his Master to even the Jedi Council, Aizen worked hard to toil in mediocrity, knowing that when the day came that his true self was revealed no one would be the wiser.
It was exactly how he wanted it.
Every facet of Aizen Sousuke's youth was a carefully crafted lie, so complex and detailed that even his own family was convinced of his middling ability. When he was found by a Jedi Knight and accepted as his Padawan, his careful and methodical learning methods had those above him believing that he possessed a wide range of skills but excelled in nothing.
What they didn't know, in the end, would certainly hurt them.
It was during the time in which Aizen was preparing to undergo the Trials that he discovered a Sith Holocron after turning back a Sith assault. Clandestinely, he studied its hidden lore, and what he learned opened his eyes to new and terrifying applications for his powers.
When he finally became a true Jedi Knight, Aizen lived a double life as a humble but exemplary Jedi under the eyes of his comrades but a cruel and ruthless Sith when beyond their watchful gaze. This existence fueled him for many years, during which he even accepted and trained a Padawan of his own and became a Master himself.
Having trained his Apprentice as both a Jedi and a Sith the two worked together with another talented Jedi who shared their desire to end the ruinous Sith War to hide their true ambitions from the Council while they slowly built themselves up in the hidden Hueco Mundo system, dragging its inhabitants under their yoke. On the surface the three conspirators worked to slowly seem to grow distant, even adversarial toward each other, so it was with hidden glee that they watched as one after another they became members of the Gotei Council with the others none the wiser that they had a triumvirate of Sith Lords in their most sacred halls.
The duplicity was finally discovered when the newest Master on the Council became suspicious of Aizen's Apprentice and through his perseverance was able to pierce and then unravel the carefully crafted deceptions they had been using to mask Aizen's true face, that of the reviled Darth Kyoka.
Freed by the revelation of who he truly was, Aizen launched his carefully prepared plans and with the assistance of those who had sworn their loyalty to him escaped, bringing about the rise of a new and more cunning breed of Sith. Though he does feel a grudging sort of respect for several of his former compatriots, Aizen dreams of a bold new Utopia forged with the Dark Side of the Force with himself as its Emperor, and he works tirelessly to see his vision made real.

Aizen Sousuke is a Master of all common Force Abilities as well as many uncommon and difficult ones. He is both a powerful Jedi and a potent Sith Magician, blending what he learned among the Jedi with his command of Sith Alchemy to become one of the most fearsome Sith of the Millennium. His greatest strengths are his understanding of all forms of lightsaber combat and his deep inner sight which allows him to always remained centered at the eye of the Dark Side storm created from his terrible power.
His Battle Meditation, Farsight and incredible skill with Mind Tricks, Illusions and all forms of Force Stealth allowed him to hide himself for decades in the heart of the Jedi Order and he uses each of those talents to disorient, corrupt and eventually destroy all who make the mistake of opposing his grand New Order.
Ironically there is nothing outwardly notable about him, even those witness to his power often fail to grasp the depths of it or his willingness to wield it.
